Makenna has been waiting so long to get to go to her own dance class! Now that she is 3 she finally gets to go just like her big sis Kaylee. She is quite the little dancer and loves her Monday mornings with Miss Lisa!

4th of July

Happy 4th of July!

This year for the 4th of July we had a nice quiet celebration at home which was kind of fun in our new house! We went over to my uncle Rick's house for a family BBQ earlier in the afternoon and then came home for some yummy 4th of July cake dessert!



The girls were so excited for the fireworks they could hardly wait for it to start getting dark! This year in Utah they lifted some of the restrictions on fireworks so people in our neighborhood have been setting them off all week. The girls have loved sitting on the back porch watching some of the fireworks from the next street over that fly way up high into the air!

The girls had a blast watching daddy's firework show! They even got to help set a few off!

Campout! I had to add these in at the end. The girls have been begging to have a campout in the backyard in our shed/playhouse. So, awesome Aunt Nicole agreed to sleep out there with them for a night. We all thought the girls would last an hour or so and then want to come in and sleep in their own beds. Surprisingly, they refused to come in and slept like babies until we went and got them the next morning! Thanks Nicole:-)
